Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your LiftWell account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

• Sign in at liftwellapp.com
• Tap your profile picture in the top right corner
• Select Manage account
• Go to Security and select Delete account
• Confirm the deletion

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, workout history, saved workouts, progress data, and personal records. If you have an active subscription, it will be canceled — you will not be charged again.

Request deletion by email

If you're unable to sign in, email us at hello@liftwellapp.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll process the deletion within 30 days and confirm when complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All workout history and exercise logs
• Saved and scheduled workouts
• Personal records and progress data
• Referral codes associated with your account

Payment records required for legal and tax purposes are retained by our payment processor (Stripe) as required by law. Shared workout links you created will no longer be associated with your identity.
